Here are the requirements for Each Rank:
Sterling Consultant
- 3 people on your team and $1750 team sales January to
September. $3500 October and November and $2000 in December.
Here's how you promote to Sterling:
Recruit 2 people in the month
you are promoting - 1 recruit must be a personal
recruit, the 2nd recruit can be recruited by anybody on your team.
Team Sales of $1750 in the
month you are promoting - A minimum of $750 must be your
personal sales. The rest can come from anyone else on your team (including
new team members).
NOTE: Personal Sales in October & November is
$1200
Group Manager
- 5 people on your team and $3500 team sales January to
September. $8500 October and November and $5000 in
December.
Here's how you promote to Group Manager:
Recruit 5 people in the month
you are promoting - 2 recruits must be personal recruits, the
other recruits can be recruited b anybody on your team.
Team Sales of $3500 in the
month you are promoting - A minimum of $750 must be your personal
sales. The rest can come from anyone else on your team (including new team
members).
Note: Personal Sales in October-December is $1500
