How Do I do a Return/ Order Correction?
When you or a customer has a product that is not in
working order it can be replaced or refunded. Call Discovery Toys Head Office
1-800-984-5454. They will need to know the following:
- Name of Product
- Order # (if the item was a gift,
purchased at a baby show/booth or was ordered through another consultant who no
longer does the business then just let head office know this)
- Customer Name,
Phone Number and Address
- What's wrong with the product
