How Do I Coach My Hostesses?
1. Give the hostess a package which includes the
following:
- "Come Party With Me" flier
- Catalogue
- Sale Flier if applicable
- Invitations (5-10)
- Application for kit
- Outside Order forms
- Hostess Letter
2. Ask your future hostess:
- Have you ever had a party before?
- How did it go?
- Why did you decide to have
a DT party?
3. Make 3 calls to your hostess:
Call #1
- Tell your hostess there is a 3 part recipe for a fun party
- Over
Invite
- Invite Personally
- Reminder Call the Night before
In your first call you should also mention the following:
- Try and have a mom's night out or a mom's tea - This
will give mom's a break and will boost the sales at the party as mom's will
have a chance to see the demo and the toys without chasing their children :)
- Remind hostesses to keep the food SIMPLE
- Mention that there will be an on time draw - this is an
incentive for guests to arrive on time and get the party started on time :)

- How are the invites going?
- Never stop inviting
- What would you
like to see?
- Have you taken a look at the kit?
- What are your questions?
Call #3
- Let the hostess know that you will get there 15 minutes before
- Get list of guests to call then night before for the
hostess if she wants
