Below you will find 3 Order Form Samples.  Here is the scenario:

Suzy hostess had a party with her friends Sally (Guest 1) and Amy (Guest 2).  Her friend Sally booked her own party so now Suzy hostess is eligible for a half price item when her sales reach $250.00.  Keep in mind that Suzy's half price item do NOT count towards her hostess 10% off OR for PSV for you.  Please see the order forms below.

Hostess Order

After figuring out the hostess order I will then take out a scrap piece of paper or use the back of my customer form to work out what the hostess would have paid if she was a customer.  I include everything she ordered but work everything without the hostess discount and charge her half priced items at full price (see box above).  Then you can subtract the actual total she owes from the total you worked out on the scrap paper.  The difference is what she's really getting in Free Toy Savings.  You can write this in the book part of the order form (because there's usually room there) and circle it so her savings stand out.

If you take the above example and calculate the hostesses order without the discount and half price items she would have owed:  $147.24
